15‑Day Return Window
Returns and refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Angeleon within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider, which is outside of Angeleon’s control.
